During a serious family medical emergency we were left with an enormous amount of tasks we had to take care of medical, technical, house work, taking care of parents 24/7 and more. We were overwhelmed with the situation and reached out to Esther. Esther listened to our needs and stepped in. She mapped out our needs and help us find the resources to fill them in the quickest way possible whether it was a medical professional to help with medicine or visiting my father in the hospital and helping take care of my mother. She was friendly, compassionate and there every step of the way throughout to help us deal with a very challenging situation. The nurses that came to us, were extremely qualified and competent, and they were always available to respond to any of our questions. Any time we had concerns we would call our nurse and if she didn’t know the answer, she would get the information and get back to us right away. These nurses helped make the clinical trial we were involved in, a much better and comfortable experience.
